I have been with Longo for over 18 years. I started with the company as the manager of the loaner car department. After a few years, I was promoted to service consultant, a position I held for quite some time. I have enjoyed helping and servicing our Lexus guests’ needs. In 2019, I took on position of Manager of the Business Development Center to further my professional growth. In 2021, I returned to Lexus Service as the Service Drive Supervisor, which is the position I currently hold. I have enjoyed my career journey at Longo and have worn many hats. This has given me the opportunity to meet many team members and guests whom I have developed lifelong friendships.

I began my journey with Longo Lexus in 2012 at 19 years old, starting in the car wash. Over the years, I progressed through various roles, including valet, Loan Car Department, Express Service Consultant, and Service Consultant. In 2021, I transitioned to Longo Toyota as a Service Consultant, and by 2024, I was promoted to Pre-owned Vehicle Service Manager. My growth here reflects the incredible opportunities and support within the dealership.

My career with PMG began in 2013, when I stepped into the role of Used Car Service Manager—motivated by a genuine curiosity and a commitment to excellence. Over the years, that curiosity evolved into a deep passion for operational leadership and customer experience. I went on to serve in key roles including Senior Service Manager and Collision Center Director, each one expanding my perspective and sharpening my skills.
In 2021, I embraced a new opportunity as Fixed Operations Director in Prosper, Texas—a role that not only marked a significant professional milestone, but also brought my family and me to a new community we now proudly call home.
In 2023, I was honored to be selected for the National Dealer Academy, a transformative experience that deepened my strategic insight and broadened my leadership lens. That same year, I was entrusted with the role of Vice President and General Manager at Longo Toyota of Prosper.
What began as a career sparked by curiosity has grown into a purpose-driven journey—one defined by growth, resilience, and the extraordinary opportunities I've had to lead, learn, and make an impact within the PMG family.

Along the way, I’ve gained invaluable experience and continue to challenge myself to push beyond my boundaries.

Started off in the Longo Lexus Service Department nearly 8 years ago as a Valet. A couple months later I had the opportunity to become a Loan Car Representative, Cashier, then a Tow Truck Flatbed driver where I got to experience the logistics of the company. A few years later I decided to move to the Sales Department where I got to learn even more about the Lexus vehicles as a Lexus Technology Specialist, which then lead to my current position as a Lexus Sales Consultant. There are endless career opportunities for growth here at PMG, and boy does time fly!
