Wellness Coaches: We provide free access to coaches throughout the work week on site to help with health questions, developing a personal fitness and nutrition plan, and overall wellness support.

Longo Fitness Center: Our El Monte location, Longo Toyota, Scion and Lexus, provides a private fitness center for all Penske Motor Group Team Members to enjoy in reaching their health and fitness goals.

Gym Membership Discount: Just as our Longo Team Members are able to reach their desired fitness goals and wellness through an on-site fitness center, our Lexus of Stevens Creek Team Members are able to get in shape and stay healthy through corporate Club-One Fitness discounts, available at your local Club-One Fitness facilities.  

Employee Assistance Program: Employees and their family can contact a representative from our Employee Assistant Program to address emotional well being, health and wellness and daily living concerns. Available resources include interactive self-assessments, a comprehensive library of articles and guides and financial calculators. The website provides employees and their immediate family members with the information they need, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Marathons & Relays: Penkse Motor Group Team Members have the option of participating in numerous runs, walks, triathlons, marathons & relays throughout the year.
