PERSONAL TIME
Vacation: We are committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance for all our Team members. This includes having time off with friends and family. Vacation is accrued based on length of service with the Company and hours worked.
National Holidays: The company observes six national Holidays. Eligible Team Members may also receive Holiday pay based on their position and hours worked.
Leaves of Absence: Our Company recognizes Team Members may require unpaid time off as a way to balance their personal well-being, therefore, Penske Motor Group offers a wide range of leaves in order to accommodate the needs of our Team Members.
