Bernardo has shown great dedication to cleanliness and organization of the dealership at sales through his tireless work for the guests, team and events held here.

Bernardo is always on the move in an effort to keep our Sales Department looking it's best for the guests and the team. You will never find him idling unless he is asking for soemthing else to do. He has been a great resource for all the events we host, cleaning up and setting up before and cleaning up and putting things away after. He does all of this witha  smile on his face and never says no when he is asked to help out.

Ali Panahi| Lexus Stevens Creek

We are recognizing Ali for his dedication keeping the Service department clean and in working condition for our guests and employees.

Ali is like the energizer bunny. He is consistent in the way he does his job, keeps busy, does the job quickly, but pays amazing attention to detail. He lives by the 10-foot rule as soon as he gets out of his car and steps foot on to the dealership. This cleanliness of the dealership makes every guest feel welcome. He is always willing to do whatever is asked of him even if it does not pertain to his primary job duties. His positive attitude is contagious.

He is always smiling even when he is not addressing a guest or employee and is always polite when he does. Ali is willing to change his schedule and come in on a day off even, if needed. He is vital to our service department and to keeping our guests happy.

Jose Becerra | Longo Toyota

Jose started in April 2006 and is an integral member of our Maintenance team.  His willingness to lend a hand goes above and beyond the Penske Way.

Jose is popular for home-grown chilies and for bringing in smoking hot burritos.  Basically, he is known for bringing in food to share with just about anyone.

Jose takes his duties seriously and cares about the Company.  His manager thanks him for being such a great employee!
