Vince began his career at Longo Lexus in July 1998.  Even then, his strong work ethic and skill level were immediately evident. He quickly became the shop’s ‘go-to’ person whenever someone needed help.  He is highly respected by his peers and managers, and was promoted a Team Leader in 2002.

He excels as a trainer for technician apprentices working side by side to prepare them for full-fledged Technician status.  Because of his expertise in technology, Vince has been certified as an LFA technician.

Victor has been a Longo Toyota team member since July 1992. With many years as a Master Certified Technician under his belt, he has now taken on a new position as a Longo Collision Repair Center Estimator.

Victor always exudes a positive attitude and goes the extra mile for our guests. Recently, he helped a Collision Repair guest who couldn’t make it to the shop by personally going to her house, assessing the damage, and bringing the car back to Longo for the repairs.

Once the repairs were completed, he personally delivered the vehicle back to her. Her 2001 Corolla looks new again thanks to his genuine interest in doing the right thing,    

Victor is one of the many reasons Longo is #1 in the country.  Thanks, Victor! 

We are recognizing My My for her dedication in the sales business office.

My My Always has a great attitude at work and a smile on her face. She will always pop her head up to say hi, no matter how buried she is in her work. She communicates to her fellow team members and the managers with respect.

She exceeds expectations and is willing to take on extra tasks whenever asked over her, including an ever changing schedule and hours and does not complain about it. She has adapted to all changes that have been thrown at her from all locations and has continued to excel at her main tasks while juggling those changes. We are very excited to have My My as a part of our team.

We are recognizing Ali for his dedication keeping the Service department clean and in working condition for our guests and employees.

Ali is like the energizer bunny. He is consistent in the way he does his job, keeps busy, does the job quickly, but pays amazing attention to detail. He lives by the 10-foot rule as soon as he gets out of his car and steps foot on to the dealership. This cleanliness of the dealership makes every guest feel welcome. He is always willing to do whatever is asked of him even if it does not pertain to his primary job duties. His positive attitude is contagious.

He is always smiling even when he is not addressing a guest or employee and is always polite when he does. Ali is willing to change his schedule and come in on a day off even, if needed. He is vital to our service department and to keeping our guests happy.

Always helpful and professional, Roxanne impresses our guests and her co-workers with her friendly demeanor, dependability, and diligence.  

Until her recent promotion as a Guest Satisfaction Representative, Roxanne worked in our Reception Team handling a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls.  She also helped our guests with their inquiries, performed administrative tasks, and was first to raise her hand to offer assistance when needed.

In her spare time, Roxanne loves running and participated with Team Longo at this year’s Nautica Malibu Triathlon.

Since joining our team, Christina consistently demonstrates the qualities that define a Longo employee with her strong ethic, positive attitude, and teamwork

As an assistant in our Pre-owned Sales Department, Christina juggles numerous duties skillfully; welcoming guests in the showroom, handling incoming calls and inquiries, supporting the sales team, and helping create marketing flyers.

Christina enjoys spending time with her family and likes listening to country music.  She also has a knack for baking, often surprising her co-workers with a special cake on their birthday.

 Larry received praise for his high level of efficiency, integrity, and leadership skills.

He is a self starter who comes to work ready to take on any task that is asked of him. He performs multiple job functions in our service administration office at a high level of efficiency and integrity.

He particulary thrives at duties that utilize his math skills which works well with his responsibilities processing invoices for service guests.

Larry started as a Longo Valet in September 2007 and was promoted to the administrative offices a year later. He currently attends Mt. San Antonio College with intentions of pursuing a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering at a 4-year university.

Sara was recognized for her overall diligence, reliability and positive attitude. 

She joined Team Longo in February 2007 working in our business office.

She is consistantly diligent, reliable, and always pleasant in her day to day completion of her job duties.

Sara shows she can work productively and acurrately under pressure even when faced with numerous tasks and accounting system changes.

We are recognizing Maya for her dedication promoting our business to current, past and potential guests in and out of the office.

Maya always comes to work with a positive, free spirited attitude.She goes above and beyond your basic Guest Service Representative.

She helps out with not only following up on guest satisfaction over the phone and in the office, but also by representing us positively at special events. She is a consistent, helpful presence at Car Shows, Jazz on the Plazz, and other community events. She is easily one of the most recognized Lexus of Stevens Creek employees around town and with the Car Enthusiast Community. 

When the department is slow, he always takes the initiative to ensure that he keeps the shop productive and organized.  

He is the perfect example of a Penske Team Member and is an asset to our team!!

He is always here when we need him. He is always helping everyone in the shop with anything they need. When he is out of work, he always finds something to do to stay busy and keep the shop productive. He keeps on top of the brake lathes, always takes the used tires out for us without anyone asking, and he cleaned all the oil drums and the area around the disposal machines. When all that was exhausted, he cleaned all the walls that divide the shop. He is a perfect example of the type of personnel that we need to hire more of.
