A team member since 2010, Christian immediately made a positive impression with his managers for being reliable, dependable, and for demonstrating a strong work ethic. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and was recently promoted to Rool Room Attendant.
Since joinging our sales team in 2009, Tony has been a consistent top performer and all-around positive influence to his co-workers. He is ever ready to help, always upbeat and focused on delivering agreat Longo experience.
Junior has been at the fore front of ensuring productivity and accuracy for the guest and the team.
Junior is always willing to perform any duties that are needed for the service team. He keeps his schedules clean and up to date, and has helped tremendously with training our technicians on the importance of following policies and accurately performing procedures. He is always willing to work extra days and hours to keep up with the service department's demands. Junior is all around, a great team player.
Bernardo has shown great dedication to cleanliness and organization of the dealership at sales through his tireless work for the guests, team and events held here.
Bernardo is always on the move in an effort to keep our Sales Department looking it's best for the guests and the team. You will never find him idling unless he is asking for soemthing else to do. He has been a great resource for all the events we host, cleaning up and setting up before and cleaning up and putting things away after. He does all of this witha smile on his face and never says no when he is asked to help out.
Vanessa has shown great dedication to keeping guest service and productivity a number one priority for herslf and the team.
Since Vanessa started with us just over a year ago, she has been constantly jumping on opportunities to learn new things. There is no taks, bug, small, or completely outside of her job role that she will not take on. You will never hear the words "that is not my job" come from Vanessa because she understand that it is everyone's job to creat a great guest experience, whatever that may mean. Her philosophy on the job is "whatever it takes!"
