Retirement: Our 401k plan makes it easy for Team Members to build up retirement savings. We also provide a company match for Team Member with deferrals up to 5% for those who qualify.
Life Insurance: Eligible Team Members are covered by company-paid life insurance. The plan pays the Team Member’s beneficiary approximately 1.5 worth of annual pay. In addition to the basic life benefit, Team Members may elect a voluntary program through payroll deductions, to purchase additional life insurance for themselves or coverage for their spouse or children.
Long Term Disability: Long-term disability (LTD) coverage is designed to provide a portion of your income if you are disabled and can no longer work. We pay the full cost of this benefit by paying premiums to the insurance carrier. LTD benefits begin after 90 days of disability.
Stability: Penske Team Members' average tenure is 7.2 years. We hire the right people, treat each other well, and offer room for advancement.
