We are one of only five retailers in the nation - and the only Toyota dealer in California - to have won the prestigious Toyota President's Award every year since it was established in 1986.  This award is given only to retailers who have demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction.

25 Years of Excellence

Toyota recognizes Longo Toyota for being a 25-Year recipient of the coveted President’s Award in a special ad that appeared in Automotive News. We are one of only five Toyota retailers in the nation -out of 1,227- and the only Toyota retailer in California to receive this distinction.

Elite of Lexus

This is a special award given to retailers who excel at sales, service, and overall owner support. We are proud to be recipients of this year's "Elite of Lexus" award.

Elite of Lexus dealers are chosen based on:

• Customer feedback from surveys rating owner satisfaction, sales and service as extremely exceptional
• Exceeding rigorous Lexus operational and certification standards

Toyota President's Cabinet Award

We have been a member of the Toyota President's Cabinet every year since its inception.  The President's Cabinet Award is Toyota's most exclusive and prestigious honor.  Limited to a maximum of only 12 retailers in the country, this elite award recognizes a combination of operational superiority, high volume sales, and most importantly, outstanding customer satisfaction performance. 

To achieve this award, Longo Toyota was both a Board of Governors and a President's Award winner, and was one of the top 12 retailers ranked with the highest Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) score.

Longo Toyota holds the distinction of having received the Toyota Board of Governors Award every year since its inception in 1988.  This coveted award acknowledges a distinguished group of retailers for outstanding vehicle sales achievement.

Lexus Certified Collision Center

Longo Lexus is home to one of only a hand full of facilities on the west coast to earn Lexus' factory collision certification.

After meeting rigorous standards for repair quality, the facility qualified to receive ongoing training by and technical materials from Lexus, ensuring continued excellence.

Our 80,000-square-foot facility features a frame machine dedicated to each body shop technician. This arrangement enables us to serve our guests as efficiently as possible.

Bronze Award for Food and Fund Drive Efforts - 2010

Lexus of Stevens Creek has been recognized in both Santa Clara and San Mateo counties for exemplary results in our innovative food drives. By inviting guests to join us in supplying food to the needy, we have strengthened the meaning of our relationships, and have leveraged the volume of our Service business to contribute to our community on a large scale.

Commander's Award - 2010

Lexus of Stevens Creek has received the Commander's Award for outstanding achievement in support for the Toys for Tots program. With the combined efforts of our team and guests, we were able to gather thousands of toys for the neediest children in San Jose.
